How long does it take?

Drop your truck off at LYNTRUX at 8:30 in the morning and we will have it ready for you at 4:30 the same day. For your convenience, we are open Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:00 and on Saturday 8:30 to 3:00. Give us a call, we will schedule an appointment for you.

The Process

1. The truck is prepared. We mask off the entire truck except for the area being sprayed. This protects your truck against any overspray. We also remove the tailgate and all hardware such as tie down hooks and tailgate bolts.

2. The bed and tailgate are then thoroughly sanded with 80 grit sandpaper and all the edges are hand sanded with 100 grit.

3. The bed and tailgate are wiped with a solvent. This removes any grease, dirt, dust, or other impurities which could affect the liner.

4. The LYNTRUX liner is sprayed on HOT (roughly 170°) and dries within seconds. Immediately, the truck is unmasked and the tailgate and hardware are re-installed.

5. All that is left to do now, is enjoy your new LYNTRUX liner. Your liner is ready for heavy use after 48 hours of cure time.
